A Toronto woman has spent thousands of dollars to demonstrate that engine noise coming from the Gardiner Expressway is ruining her sleep and by extension her health. After using specialized equipment to record the noise in her west end condo, she is now set to take her campaign to city hall. Ahmar Khan reports.
