Calgary committee debates 8 new communities as part of proposed growth strategy

Calgary is expected to grow by 88,000 people by 2026, and city administration has brought forward a strategy to manage that growth. As Adam MacVicar reports, there are concerns over costs, housing affordability and climate impacts.
