Book of condolences opened for Irish man killed in Kitsilano hit and run

It’s been one week since a 24-year-old Irish man was killed in a Kitsilano hit and run and starting Monday, Vancouver’s Consulate General of Ireland is opening a book of condolences for Eoghan Byrne.
