The City of Vancouver is bringing its nightlife to the next level with a new initiative that would see the city get its version of a 'night mayor.' Those in the tourism, hospitality and arts and culture industries say this is a step in the right direction, but as Emad Agahi reports, there are still some questions about what's needed to make it work.
