Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told Canadian university students from 11 schools on Wednesday that he believes social media and the internet acted like a “weapon” and in Ukraine’s case, allowed them to “share the truth” on the invasion of Russia. He added that his people and those utilizing this technology are the “bullets and shells” when it comes to social media and the internet.
