Thousands of Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) are reportedly being held in Russian-held territories in eastern Ukraine, according to human rights advocates. Global News spoke to one man who was released in a prisoner exchange about Russia’s treatment of prisoners of war. He claims interrogators are using electric shock on captives. Sean O’Shea reports.
