Sandra Goers, Manitoba Regional Director of Extendicare Inc. spoke with Global News about abuse allegations of residents that date back to February 2022. Winnipeg Police became involved after a second whistleblower reported to the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WHRA). The WHRA has so far refused to expand on the nature of the allegations.
