Manitoba RCMP media relations officer Sgt. Paul Manaigre announced on Friday that Father Arthur Masse was arrested at his Winnipeg home and released with conditions, with a July 20 court date in Powerview, Man. The 92-year-old retired priest has been charged with indecent assault, following a decade-long investigation.
