Not enough space in parks designated for unhoused people in Halifax: support workers

Support workers say the newly designated tent sites in Halifax and Dartmouth won’t provide enough space to support the increasing number of people sleeping rough. City staff behind the report say the roughly 32 spaces will be sufficient, but concerns are still being raised over potential police involvement if capacity peaks. Alexa MacLean has the details.
