Major traffic disruptions in Richmond after oversized load strikes overpass

Richmond RCMP warned drivers to avoid an area of Highway 99, after a truck with an oversized load hit the Cambie Road overpass. Southbound lanes on the highway and the overpass itself were closed to traffic as crews conducted a safety assessment.
