The Havelock Jamboree has been a staple in the country music scene for more than three decades, attracting a host of major country music singers and bands. But the camping and music festival has taken a hiatus since the beginning of the pandemic and with delays in a line-up many ticketholders are looking for refunds but to no avail, as Morganne Campbell reports complaints are being filed with banks, credit card companies and now Ontario’s ombudsman.
