Amber Heard’s lawyer Elaine Bredehoft refuted claims from Johnny Depp’s legal team that her client perpetrated a hoax in accusing Depp of domestic abuse and sexual violence. “What would Amber Heard’s motive be?” she asked the jurors, denying that money would have been a motive as Heard would have been entitled to 50 per cent of his earnings over the period they were married.
