Jeremy Anthony Michael Skibicki, 35, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with partial human remains found in the 200 block of Edison Avenue in Winnipeg, police said Thursday. Police said officers had carried out a search warrant on his home and that investigators “have not ruled out the possibility of additional victims.”

Jeremy Anthony Michael Skibicki, 35, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with partial human remains found in the 200 block of Edison Avenue in Winnipeg, police said Thursday.
