Gas prices in B.C hit all-time high

Drivers in B.C. are experiencing more pain at the pumps as gas prices in Metro Vancouver soar to unheard of highs. The province announced a one time rebate through ICBC back in April when prices first started rising. As Richard Zussman reports, that seems to be the only relief coming for drivers.
