Students at Doctor Charles Best Secondary are raising awareness this week for missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls, and two-spirit people. As a project for National Red Dress Day on May 5, students hung red dresses from trees along Como Lake Avenue in Coquitlam. Each one has a card with the name and story of a missing or murdered woman.
