Victim of B.C. debit card fraud scam warns others

The victim of a debit card scam is speaking out – warning others in the hopes they won’t be duped as well. Richmond RCMP say it involves a fake taxi – a fake driver – and a fake passenger. Rumina Daya has more on how it works and the warning from one victim.
