Maksym Kozytskyy, head of the Lviv Oblast Military Administration, said Monday that Russian missile strikes in Lviv have killed at least seven people and injured 11 others. One of the missiles hit a tire-fitting garage, Kozytskyy said. Of the 11 people injured, he said, one of them was a child.
