Man facing two 1st-degree murder charges in separate, random fatal shootings in Toronto

Toronto police say a 39-year-old man has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder for two separate “random” murders of two men within about 48 hours of each other in the downtown core. Catherine McDonald reports.
