The Dollywood Foundation of Canada partnered with local champion Cathy Bates and the Cumberland Public Libraries to bring Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library program to children, from birth to age 5, in Cumberland County, NS. Enrolled children receive a new, high-quality, age-appropriate book in the mail each month, at no cost to the families.
