More than 150 private seniors’ residences (RPA) have closed in Quebec since January 2021, forcing close to 2,000 seniors to find a new home according to a group representing RPA residents. The group worries the trend will continue without the premier’s intervention. Global’s Elizabeth Zogalis reports.
