Billions of dollars will be invested in new infrastructure in order to repair and rebuild Quebec’s road network. But it’s what’s lacking from the new provincial budget that has many people upset. There are no plans to build a bypass road off Highway 20 to avoid the traffic lights in Vaudreuil-Dorion. And as Tim Sargeant reports, extending Cavendish Boulevard will be considered rather than promised.
