Speaking at the United Nations Security Council meeting on Monday, Ukrainian Ambassador to the UN Sergiy Kysltsya said Russia wreaked further violence when it didn’t respect an agreement to maintain a humanitarian corridor for aid and refugees. However, Russian Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya blamed what he called Ukranian neo-Nazis for the collapse of the corridor.
