Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced on Thursday the launch of the “Canada digital adoption program,” which is a $4 billion investment to help businesses expand digitally. Small businesses can get grants of $2,400 to build an e-commerce platform, while others needing more advanced programs can get different levels of grants and loans.
