Leanna Carriere was an internationally ranked pole vaulter and Canada’s first female decathlete. But she got married, had a child and changed the way she trained. So she got into triathlon and ultramarathon. As John Sexsmith explains, she’s currently preparing for the race of her life: the Everest Marathon at the end of May.
