Russia-Ukraine conflict: Canada’s defence minister once again rules out combat mission

Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Melanie Joly announced more aid for Ukraine on Sunday, with about $25 million worth of protective equipment, such as body armour and gas masks, set to be delivered to Ukraine. She said this came after a direct request from Ukraine’s deputy prime minister.
