Russia-Ukraine conflict: NATO chief warns Russia that cyber attacks can trigger NATO Charter Article 5

Speaking to reporters on Friday in Brussels, Belgium, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg warned Russia that the alliance would consider cyber attacks enough to trigger Article 5 of the NATO charter, which would compel all alliance members into a state of war.
