Speaking at the U.N. General Assembly on Wednesday, Russia again accused Kyiv of a “genocide” in its eastern regions of Donetsk and Luhansk, adding that Russian armed forces are monitoring a ceasefire in the region and that “no one intends to go softy, softy with any violators.”
