No injures were reported after a flatbed trailer fire on Hwy. 401 east of Cobourg on Wednesday night.
Around 11:30 p.m. Cobourg and Hamilton Township firefighters responded to the vehicle fire in the eastbound lanes of the highway.
Firefighters found the truck’s driver side wheels on fire.
Crews quickly extinguished the flames. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
