‘Dramatic acceleration’ in build-up of Russian forces on Ukraine border, says U.S. national security adviser

U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan was on ‘Face the Nation’ on Sunday and said that diplomacy is still an option after a call between U.S. President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday provided no breakthroughs. Sullivan said they’ve seen a “dramatic acceleration” in a build-up of Russian forces on the Ukraine border in recent days.
