Clear Lake woman attacked by dogs asking pet owners to be responsible

A Clear Lake area woman is speaking out after she was mauled by three off leash dogs.
It happened last month on Clear Lake. She says she is lucky to be alive.
The dogs are still in their owner’s possession and the ordeal has other area residents scared to leave their properties.
