They are mostly seniors, some quite elderly, who are growing increasingly concerned about crime activity in and around their downtown Kelowna condo building. The building has been the target of numerous break-ins and vandalism acts–criminal offences they say have spiked since the opening of a nearby homeless shelter. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, they are pleading for something to be done.
