City officials said Wednesday that the cost of the protest against COVID-19 restrictions in Ottawa was “well over” $3 million. Ottawa’s chief administrative officer Blair Dunker said the cost was considerably more than the city’s Canada 150 celebrations, which had a price tag of $1.4 million.
