Premier Jason Kenney addressed the Coutts blockade on Tuesday, condemning the blocking of the border and calling for calm. As Tom Vernon explains, the premier said late in the afternoon some protesters breached police barriers to join the demonstration and some Mounties were reportedly assaulted.
