Thousands descended on Parliament Hill Saturday as part of the so-called “freedom convoy” to air grievances against COVID-19 public health measures, vaccine mandates and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. And as Ontario prepares to ease pandemic restrictions on Monday, there is a sense of deja vu among many in the business community. Some are frustrated about the back-and-forth between lockdown and reopening.
