Ottawa’s acting deputy police Chief Trish Ferguson said Wednesday that the department expects the “Freedom Convoy,” which is currently rumbling toward the city, will be “significant and extremely fluid.” She said they are preparing for a “range of potential risks,” ranging from counter-demonstrations and “interfering with critical infrastructure” to criminal activity.
