Montreal student distributes winter coats to those in need

After two people died outside in the cold recently, one Montreal woman decided she had heard about too many tragedies impacting the homeless community this winter. So she decided to take action along with her father, raising funds and distributing much-needed winter gear. Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports.
