One of Toronto’s most popular restaurant patios has been shut down and it has nothing to do with the wintry weather. Café Diplomatico in the heart of Little Italy claims it’s being unfairly targeted, but the City argues rules for outdoor patios need to be followed to ensure public safety. Caryn Lieberman reports.
