Montreal homeless woman found dead near Berri-UQAM Metro station amid freezing cold

A woman was found dead outside Montreal’s Berri-UQAM Metro station Thursday morning when temperatures were bitterly cold. She is the second person within two weeks to be found dead outside in the freezing temperatures. As Gloria Henriquez reports, advocates say not enough is being done to protect the most vulnerable.
