Rare, heavy snow storm hits BC, up to 20 cm expected

Parts of British Columbia have been hit with heavy snow since Jan. 4, with more expected to come throughout Wednesday. A winter storm watch has been issued for Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, the Southern Gulf Islands, Howe Sound, the Sunshine Coast, Greater Victoria and inland and east Vancouver Island.
