Miss Dora Skeen turned 111 years old on Wednesday, making her the oldest resident in Scarborough. However, with newly imposed COVID-19 visitor restrictions at Ontario’s long-term care homes, she won’t be able to celebrate the big milestone with family and friends. Brittany Rosen has more.
