Today in the U.K. another record for COVID-19 cases with more than 129,000 in a single day. It comes as Scotland and other places in the U.K. tighten restrictions to try and reduce the spread of Omicron, but not in England. Prime Minister Boris Johnson says no rules will change before the new year. Redmond Shannon reports.
