The death toll from Typhoon Rai has reached at least 208 by Dec. 20, said the Philippine National Police (PNP), after the storm tore across the country last week. The Manila Bulletin said 52 people remained unaccounted for. Footage shows the damage caused by the storm in General Luna, Philippines.
