Those without a licence can’t renew Ontario health card online

Ontario residents who want to update their health cards can order one online in a matter of minutes. The catch? You need to have a driver’s licence. As Sean O’Shea reports, the policy means those who don’t have licences or can’t get one are required to go in person.
