Before the Canadian Armed Forces could reach flood-stricken and isolated parts of British Columbia, a small army of private pilots stepped in to get aid where it was needed. Now there are questions whether this volunteer army shouldn’t get government funding to keep the service ready when it’s needed. Neetu Garcha reports.
