Abbotsford Mayor Henry Braun said on Wednesday at the city's flooding update that a record amount of rainfall fell in November. Braun also provides an update on the evacuation orders, the water level of the Nooksack River and while it is not actively raining in Abbotsford, he warns residents to continue to be cautious.
