The City of Longueuil has announced it will go ahead with the culling of dozens of deer living in an urban park. The controversial idea was put on hold last year after an intense backlash.But after months of study the city says killing the deer is the best solution.As Global’s Dan Spector found out, loud opponents vow to do everything they can to stop the plan.
