The mayor of the flood-ravaged city of Abbotsford, B.C. is issuing emergency preparedness advice to residents as crews prepare for a second atmospheric river on Thursday. The first one struck on Nov. 14, 2021, and forced hundreds of people to evacuate amidst catastrophic flooding.
