A speeding SUV plowed through a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on Sunday killing at least one person and injuring more than 20. A video obtained by Reuters from an eyewitness shows emergency services assisting injured people at the scene just a few seconds after the car plowed into the crowd.
