Quebec’s former health minister Danielle McCann testified Thursday at the coroner’s inquest into multiple deaths during the pandemic in long-term care facilities also known as CHSLDs. McCann says a lack of managers in these facilities was one of the main problems. But as Raquel Fletcher reports, some people, including the families of victims believe she is trying to pass the buck.
