B.C. floods: Major flooding along the Mary Hill Bypass in Port Coquitlam

Torrential rain across B.C.’s south coast wreaked havoc on the Lower Mainland Monday causing major flooding along the Mary Hill Bypass in Port Coquitlam. This video shows a car almost fully submerged and abandoned underneath the railway bridge.
